OVERVIEW
The Willard Bay State Park, Phase III project included a new entrance road with entrance stations, fifty-two new campground shelters, twenty-six new boat slips with utilities, thirty new boat slips without utilities, new underground water, sewer, drainage utilities, and surface drainage systems.
The Willow Campground was completely renovated with new pads, a water system, fire rings, grills, and paving. Boat parking and day-use areas were also expanded. The specified project duration was one hundred eighty days for completion in mid-August. Gramoll Construction proposed a ninety-seven-day duration for completion on May 25, 2004, before Memorial Day. The project was completed on time, as proposed.
