Great Dane Trailers

OVERVIEW

The Great Dane Trailers project encompassed the construction of a 36,000-square-foot facility, including a 15,000 SF shop and 21,000 SF of office, warehouse, and parts space. One of the key challenges of this project was soil stabilization in a high water table area, as the site was a former vehicle garbage dump.

The shop is equipped with an overhead crane with concrete floor tie-down anchors to ensure robust and secure operations. This project highlights Gramoll Construction’s expertise in managing complex site conditions and delivering high-quality, functional facilities tailored to the specific needs of clients.
