OVERVIEW

The Sensapure Remodel project was a comprehensive tenant improvement renovation designed to enhance functionality and create a cutting-edge workspace. A key highlight of the project was the installation of a state-of-the-art beverage innovation wet lab, featuring epoxy-coated flooring and walls, isolated temperature controls, and approximately 80 feet of watertight glazing. This glazing allows clients to observe lab processes while maintaining a fully hose-down cleanable environment.

The renovation also included the addition of a Tasting Lounge, complete with an illuminated wrap-around bar, felt vertical acoustical panels, and epoxy flooring. In the open lab area, new features such as a high-end cooking kitchen and a vibrant LVT rainbow accent wall and ceiling were installed to promote creativity and collaboration.

Other improvements included three offices and a conference room with floor-to-ceiling glazed storefronts, as well as a cold storage room to meet specialized needs. Throughout the project, Gramoll Construction demonstrated exceptional expertise in working within an occupied building. The team carefully coordinated construction activities around existing labs both adjacent to and below the work area, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations while maintaining safety and efficiency.

This remodel reflects Sensapure’s commitment to innovation and functionality, providing an exceptional space for product development and client engagement. Gramoll’s ability to navigate the complexities of occupied space construction further underscores their dedication to delivering high-quality results in challenging environments.
