OVERVIEW

This project upgraded an existing, fully occupied hospital area into a modern PET/CT imaging suite while minimizing disruption to patients and staff. Gramoll managed construction around occupants above, below, and on all sides of the site through tight coordination, clear phasing, and strict safety controls.

The work was delivered as a 3‑phased remodel to keep nearby services operating. Each phase isolated specific areas so demolition, framing, and finishes could proceed while adjacent spaces remained active.

The new suite centers on a PET/CT machine with supporting hot lab, uptake rooms, and a control room. This provides a complete workflow from radiopharmaceutical preparation through imaging and monitoring. Behind the scenes, Gramoll installed new fan walls in the existing air handler and built new electrical and data rooms, giving the hospital the power, cooling, and connectivity needed to support advanced imaging technology and future upgrades.
