OVERVIEW

The West Bountiful Public Works Facility is a 24,200 SF metal building designed to meet the diverse needs of public works operation. The building includes 3,500 SF of office space, 5,500 SF of second-floor slab-on-deck mezzanine storage, and 1,200 SF of canopy-covered storage at the back of the building.

 

The facility includes a vehicle wash bay with an elevated horseshoe walkway for cleaning trucks and salt spreaders. There is also a covered material storage building consisting of concrete walls, a wood roof structure, and a standing seam metal roof. The material storage building includes a 30′ by 40′ bay for 500 tons of salt as well as (2) 20′ by 20′ and (4) 15′ by 20′ bays for various materials such as sand, gravel, road base, topsoil, mulch, and more.
